A view toward north-west from the peak of Rallarvegen at 1343 meters above sea level. I was now going in the other direction, toward Finse. Someone had turned the signpost 90°, while I was away for 2 hours. (Photo at 15:52:20, August 1 2006)
The true blue lake is the ice-cold Fagervatnet at 1296 meters above sea level. Next, on the other side of the lake, is the mountain Florsveggnuten, with its peak at 1387 meters above sea level. In the background are the mountains of Bukkeskinnshjellane with peaks at 1722–1759 meters above sea level. (Photo at 15:52:57, August 1 2006)
On my way back I saw an English man who seemed to had lost his mettle uphill from Slirå, at Sliråi. Although, most of all, it is a nice view. (Photo at 16:09:43, August 1 2006)
